Cleared two acres of mixed hardwoods and brush for new home construction. Removed underbrush, small trees up to 8-inch diameter, and stumps. Forestry mulched remaining debris to create a clean, buildable surface. Completed in two days with a compact track loader and forestry mulcher head.

Overgrown Fence Line Restoration

Cleared 800 linear feet of overgrown fence line on a rural property. Removed invasive vines, saplings, and dead fall to allow installation of new agricultural fencing. Debris was mulched on site, eliminating disposal costs for the property owner.

5-Acre Pasture Reclamation
Caroline County, VA
Reclaimed five acres of overgrown former pasture for an agricultural client. Mulched cedar and pine saplings, removed brush piles, and graded the surface for reseeding. The client was able to return the land to active grazing within one growing season.

Backyard Grading for Pool Installation
Fredericksburg, VA
Graded and leveled a 3,000 square-foot backyard area in preparation for an in-ground pool installation. Removed approximately 60 cubic yards of material, established proper slope for drainage away from the home, and left a compacted, level pad for the pool contractor. New Construction Lot Grading
Stafford County, VA
Performed finish grading on a one-acre residential lot after foundation work was completed. Established final grades for positive drainage, prepared driveway subgrade, and spread topsoil for lawn establishment. Worked in coordination with the general contractor to meet a tight construction timeline.

Yard Drainage Correction
Spotsylvania County, VA
Regraded a backyard that was directing stormwater toward the home’s foundation. Created a swale to redirect water flow, regraded a 2,500 square-foot area to establish positive drainage, and connected to existing storm drainage infrastructure. Homeowner reported no further water intrusion after the next major rain event.

400-Foot Gravel Driveway Restoration

Completely restored a 400-foot gravel driveway that had developed deep ruts, potholes, and severe washout. New Gravel Driveway Construction

Built a new 250-foot gravel driveway on a rural property to access a newly constructed outbuilding. Cleared the route, excavated the subgrade, installed geotextile fabric, placed base stone, and topped with crusher run gravel. Included a turnout area and proper crown for water shedding.

Excavated a 16×32-foot pool dig to a depth of 8 feet, including the deep end slope. Removed approximately 90 cubic yards of material and hauled spoils off site. Graded the surrounding area for the pool deck and established drainage paths. Completed in one day to keep the pool contractor on schedule.

Foundation Excavation for Garage Addition

Excavated the foundation footprint for a 24×30-foot detached garage. Cut to grade, squared the corners, and prepared the subgrade for footings. Coordinated with the homeowner’s concrete contractor on timing and material staging to keep the project moving smoothly.

Mulched three acres of dense underbrush and saplings on a residential property to create usable yard space while preserving mature oak and hickory trees. The forestry mulcher head processed material up to 6 inches in diameter, leaving a clean, natural-looking ground cover of mulched material that will decompose and enrich the soil.
