What Recurring Care Includes
- Scheduled mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing during the growing season
- Basic litter pickup
- Shrub and hedge touchups on the plans that include them
- Leaf and seasonal cleanup – see seasonal cleanup
- Bed condition monitoring and mulch refresh as an enhancement
- Service notes so you know what happened on each visit
What We Do Not Advertise
We do not advertise or perform pesticide or herbicide application, including chemical weed-control programs, and we do not offer fertilizer or nutrient-management programs. Those are regulated services in Virginia with their own licensing, certification, records, and insurance requirements. If your property needs them, we will say so and stay out of the way rather than work outside our coverage.

- Essential – reliable grounds baseline, from $249–$449/month for qualifying properties
- Complete – proactive curb appeal, from $449–$899/month
- Managed – boots on the ground, from $699–$1,500+/month
Pricing depends on property size, visit frequency, site conditions, travel, materials, debris volume, and the final written scope.
When the Property Needs More
Overgrown acreage, a failing driveway, storm damage, or a garage full of material is project work, not maintenance. The same company handles it: brush cutting, forestry mulching, land clearing, junk removal, gravel driveway repair, and storm cleanup.
