- Quantity needed (tons, yards, or “enough for a 50-foot driveway”)

Step 3: We Quote Total Price
We provide an itemized quote: material cost + delivery fee = total price. No surprises.
Step 4: We Schedule Delivery
Choose same-day, next-day, or scheduled delivery. We confirm the time window (e.g., “between 10 AM and 12 PM”).
Step 5: We Deliver and Dump

Frequently Asked Questions About Gravel Delivery
How much does a ton of gravel cover?
It depends on depth. One ton of crusher run covers approximately:
- 100 sq ft at 2″ depth
- 60 sq ft at 4″ depth
- 40 sq ft at 6″ depth
How much does a cubic yard of topsoil or mulch cover?
One cubic yard covers approximately:
- 160 sq ft at 2″ depth
- 100 sq ft at 3″ depth
- 80 sq ft at 4″ depth
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Not necessarily. If we know exactly where to dump the material and access is clear, we can deliver while you’re at work. Most customers prefer to be home to direct placement.
Can you dump material in my backyard?
It depends on access. Our dump trucks need firm ground, at least 12 feet of width, and no low-hanging wires or branches. If truck access isn’t possible, we can dump near the street and you’ll need to move it (wheelbarrow, skid steer, etc.) or we can provide material spreading service with our equipment.
What if I order too much or too little material?
We help you calculate material needs before delivery to avoid over- or under-ordering. If you need more, we can deliver an additional load. Unused material can’t be returned, but excess gravel, topsoil, or mulch can usually be used elsewhere on the property.
Can you deliver in the rain?
Light rain: yes. Heavy rain or soft ground: we may need to reschedule to avoid rutting your lawn or driveway. We’ll assess conditions and advise.
Do you deliver to sloped driveways or tight access areas?
We’ll do our best. Steep driveways and tight turns can be challenging for a loaded dump truck. We may need to dump near the street and use a skid steer or track loader to move material to the final location (additional cost).
Can I mix materials in one delivery?
Typically no. Each truckload carries one material type. If you need crusher run AND topsoil, that’s two separate deliveries. However, for large projects, we can coordinate back-to-back deliveries.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, check, credit card, Venmo, Zelle. Payment is typically due at delivery unless you have a contractor account with net-30 terms.
Do you sell gravel by the bag or smaller quantities?
No. We deliver bulk materials only (by the ton or cubic yard). For small quantities (a few bags), check local hardware or landscape supply stores.
