For absentee owners, investors, and listing teams, our exterior property-check service provides scheduled visual observations and photos. It is a practical way to spot visible issues early and route approved follow-up work – not a substitute for an inspection or a security system.
What this service is not
This service is not a home inspection, security service, code inspection, or guarantee against damage, theft, deterioration, or other property conditions. Our observations are visual, exterior, and limited to what is apparent at the time of the visit.

Common Findings
Most checks find nothing, which is the point. When they do find something, it is usually small and cheap to fix early: a limb down after a storm, an open gate, accumulated flyers signalling vacancy, overgrowth reaching the siding, a washout starting on a gravel drive, or dumped material at the road. Catching those on a scheduled visit costs far less than discovering them at closing.
