A division of IronHaul Co. LLC • Residential & commercial • Fredericksburg-area service
You should not have to wonder whether the grass was cut, the cleanup was finished, or the vacant property was checked. IronHaul Property Services gives owners and property professionals one responsive point of contact, clear scopes, and documented service. From recurring maintenance to photo-ready turnovers, we help keep properties ready for tenants, buyers, customers, and ownership visits.
One call. One accountable property-service partner. Property Services handles the recurring side of property care. When a job needs equipment, hauling, or heavy clearing, the same company takes the handoff – no second vendor to find, brief, and chase.
What We Handle
Recurring grounds care
Routine mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, shrub care, and seasonal attention built around a clear service calendar. You know which visits are included, what happens in each one, and who to call. See lawn and grounds maintenance for the residential side of this work.
Commercial property care
Reliable exterior maintenance, documentation, and responsive coordination for managers and owners. Every proposal defines the work, the cadence, the documentation, the exclusions, and the approval path before the first visit. Read more about commercial grounds maintenance.
Realtor and turnover support
Cleanouts, curb-appeal resets, vacancy care, and deadline-driven work from one accountable team. Send the address and the deadline; we build the scope around it. See Realtor and property manager services and property turnovers.
Property checks
Photo-documented exterior observations for vacant, listed, investment, and out-of-town-owner properties. This is not a home inspection, security service, or guarantee against damage. See property checks and vacancy care.
Seasonal cleanup and enhancements
Leaf and seasonal cleanup, brush work, mulch installation, and scoped curb-appeal improvements. See seasonal cleanup.
Heavy work, same family
When the property needs hauling, land work, demolition, gravel, or equipment, the IronHaul project team takes it: land clearing, forestry mulching, brush cutting, junk removal and cleanouts, gravel and driveway work, grading and drainage, and skid steer and equipment services.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is IronHaul Property Services a separate company?
No. IronHaul Property Services is a customer-facing division of IronHaul Co. LLC. The same legal entity contracts, invoices, and insures the work, whether the job is a recurring mowing schedule or a land-clearing project.
Are the plan prices a quote?
No. They are starting frameworks used for planning. Final pricing follows a site walk and a written scope that defines visit frequency, included time, weather policy, debris volume, documentation cadence, and the approval threshold for extra work.
Do you require a long contract?
Recurring care is normally sold as a defined term so seasonal workload can be normalized into predictable monthly billing. The term, renewal, and cancellation language are set out in the written agreement before you sign.
Do you handle the heavy work too?
Yes, through the IronHaul project team. Hauling, land clearing, demolition, gravel, and equipment work are scoped separately from a maintenance plan but coordinated by the same point of contact.
What is not included?
Services are subject to scope, availability, site conditions, insurance, and applicable licensing. We do not advertise pesticide or herbicide application, fertilizer or nutrient-management programs, licensed trade work, or structural repair. Where a job needs a licensed specialty, we say so rather than working outside our coverage.
Can you check on a vacant property?
Yes, as a scheduled visual exterior observation with photos. It is not a home inspection, a security service, a code inspection, or a guarantee against damage, theft, or deterioration.
