Seasonal cleanup is where most maintenance agreements get vague. Leaf volume varies wildly year to year, and “cleanup included” without a defined allowance is how both sides end up unhappy. We define the scope, the allowance, and what happens when a property runs past it.
The other half is disposal. Because IronHaul already runs hauling and dump trailers, debris leaves the site as part of the job instead of sitting in a pile waiting on a second vendor.

Fall Cleanup
- Leaf removal with a defined volume allowance

Storm Debris
After a storm we prioritize existing plan customers, then respond to one-off requests as capacity allows. Larger events move into storm cleanup as an IronHaul project ticket, where equipment and hauling are already part of the answer. We do not guarantee response times for storm work.
When It Is Really a Clearing Job
If a property has gone past cleanup into genuine overgrowth, seasonal work is the wrong tool. Look at brush cutting for overgrown lots and fence lines, or forestry mulching for brush and saplings ground in place.
